Despite one defective item at reception, the supplier has very kindly guided me to make a diagnostic (through photos and videos). Once it was clear the product was defective, they replaced it. The delivery lead-time is not the next day as products come from far: overall lead-time was satisfactory (like 10-15 days). Problems occur, but what is important is how they get fixed. Thanks,

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation
